Submitting Requests:
Requests must originate from the borrowing library. Geisel Library accepts requests via OCLC, Docline, and ILLiad. If your library is not an OCLC or Docline member, please contact our ILL office to set up an ILLiad account for your library to submit requests.

Rush orders are accepted with a phone call after a request is submitted by one of these methods. All loans are subject to availability and approval, and will be recalled if needed locally.

Non-Circulating Materials:
Periodicals, Reference, Maps, Microforms, Newspapers, and Special Collection Materials (e.g. Abbey Collection, Anselm Collection, Curriculum Videos, Curriculum Juvenile, New England Collection, , New Hampshire Institute of Politics Research Center (NHIOP) Collection, Rare Book Collection, Reading Room, Reserves, Saint Anselm College Archives, Senior Honors Papers).
Feature films, Non-Educational TV programs and Audio materials are only loaned in-state .

Free for New Hampshire libraries, LVIS, and NELINET ILL Reciprocal Code signers.
$20.00 for corporate and international libraries.
We charge what you charge for all other libraries.
Lost book charges are usually replacement and shipping cost, plus processing fee.

Loan period for books: 6 weeks from the shipping date.
Books are granted one renewal unless the item is needed locally.
Loan period for audovisual materials: 3 weeks from the shipping date.
No renewal for audiovisual materials.

New Hampshire Libraries:
In-state loans are shipped via the statewide van service.
Please box all audiovisual materials (DVD, VHS, CD, and microfilm).

Out-of-State Libraries:
Books are shipped via library mail.
Please return audiovisual materials in a box.
Please package all materials securely. Please do not use jiffy bags. Bubble mailers are fine.
Box heavy, large, and multiple volumes.

Copies are shipped by Odyssey, email (PDF file), Article Exchange and by mail. We will fax upon request.
Please inform us promptly if pages are missing or need to be resent.
